Our town, the Home of Little League Baseball, buzzes this time of year with all the festivities of the Little League World Series, and having 4 kids actively involved in Little League, we too are buzzing. Pin trading is one of the highlights of the week at the stadium. Kids from all over the world sit under tents, trade pins, and make new friendships over the course of the week. My kids are no exception. They’ve been doing it for years, and have quite a collection of pins from around the globe. After each trading session, the kids sit with me to show me all their favorites. And, while I’ve enjoyed seeing all they have collected, this year I found my favorite.
